This means that she was the very first Latina to ever create a show and starred in it. She started her career in Texas but later relocated in Los Angeles, where she began her professional career. She has played in TV series such as Sons of Anarchy' and General Hospital. Her writing credits include the TV Series Mind of Mencia. She hosts and also stars in the TV program 'The View. She has also worked on numerous films, including The Angry Birds Movie.
